Dear Jin,
         Thank for your quick suggestions. Please see my updated version in the following link,

         And please see my response below.
         Further suggestions are very welcome!
         Thanks.

Thank you for putting together the nice talk. A few suggestions for your consideration:

·       Slide 2, bullet : “sPHENIX tracking system” -> “sPHENIX tracking system (MVTX+INTT+TPC)” to avoid confusion of single system listed in the subbullet.
                ------> Updated as suggested.

·       sPHENIX intro
suggest use “sPHENIX is specifically designed for the measurements of jets, quarkonia, and other rare processes originating from hard scatterings to study the microscopic nature of strongly interacting matter ranging from nucleons to the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma”
to include current effort in medium energy program
       ------> Updated to "sPHENIX: the new state of the art jet, heavy flavor and other rare product detector at RHIC to explore the microscopic structure of the strongly interacting nuclear medium and the Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP).

·       Slide 5:
o   “Si pixels” -> “30-um-pitch pixel”
                            ------> Updated to "28um pitch Si pixel

o   “2D/3D DCA etc” -> “DCA”
                     ------> Updated as suggested

·       Slide 8/9: please consider use the new plot Xin is sending to the list, which now use consistent styles.
                     ------> Updated as suggested.

·       Slide 11: you have put lots of work into the result here. But this is very busy slide in the density of figures. Suggest keep the 3rd and 4th plot, make them larger and point out the significance (e.g. why you would expect two spots in the 4th plot)
                     ------> right panel is the full chain of setup to result and a simple proof of principle test. Then the left panel shows the cluster study which is the first step of tracking. I would like to do rehearsal to see whether I can present the whole slide within 1.5 minutes since some other slides can occupy less time. If not, I will reduce the number of pictures.

·       Slide 12: “from 2022 to 2026” -> “starting from 2022 to 2025+”, i.e. not a specific end date.
                    ------> Updated as suggested.

Have a fun trip and enjoy the conference.

Cheers

Jin

Subject: [Sphenix-hf-jets-l] DNP2017 sPHENIX bottom physics program talk - Xuan

Dear All,
         I will present the sPHENIX talk with the title of "Precision Bottom Physics Program at sPHENIX with inner vertex detector upgrade” in the coming DNP2017 meeting next week. This is a 10+2 minute talk. Please see the draft in the following link,
         Some of the projection or performance plots might need to be updated according to latest simulation update. Could you have a look and provide some feedback?
         Suggestions or comments are very welcome!
         Thanks.
