T-1044er's
The next round of test beam work at FNAL is just around the corner. For people planning on coming out, please let either John Haggerty (haggerty AT bnl.gov) or me (mannel AT bnl.gov) know if you have not already done so. If you are one of the usual suspects, we know who you are and have your name, you can't escape.
If you are coming, please check that your FNAL ID and training are up to date. Information on both topics can be found here: https://wiki.bnl.gov/sPHENIX/index.php/T-1044-2018. If you want to participate in controlled access, you do need FNAL radworker training. The classroom portion of it is limited attendance, so sign up early. All the other training is online and can be done at your convenience.
Onsite housing is very limited, you need to contact them directly or find a place in the the area. See the FNAL housing site for more details.
Finally keep in mind that FNAL is large site, so plan on having your own transportation (or arrangements) before arriving.
