Folks-
I have set up a doodle poll to allow people to indicate which days they will be at FNAL and able to participate in data taking activities at FNAL. Please do not indicate travel dates, unless you are able to spend a significant portion of that day at FTBF. The expectation is that we will install on Feb 21, have our ORC inspection on Feb 22 and first beam the afternoon of Feb 23. Data taking will finish on March 27.

Some comments on the schedule:
T-1044 will be the primary user from Feb 21 to Mar 4 and Mar 17-27 and operate during the day/evening shifts. A number of sPHENIX parasitic operations (INTT, MVTX, TPC, other gas detectors...) will be running parasitically or during the over night shift during those times. For the period of Mar 5-Mar 16, we will be sharing the beam during the day with the EDIT school, having the evenings and night shifts during the week and 24 hour operation during the weekends.
As in past iterations of T-1044, we will not have a set shift schedule, but rather work out schedules on daily basis, based on who is around, what needs to be done and what other activities are going on.
There is no shift training, rather folks are encouraged to show up and be proactive in getting involved with test beam activities.
Finally, a reminder that you can find the details for getting FNAL IDs and training on the sPHENIX T-1044 Wiki page: https://wiki.bnl.gov/sPHENIX/index.php/T-1044-2018
