    Hi John,
We need to post the CDR to the review site by tomorrow mid-day. Let
me know if you need any proof reading or copy editing. I can
    help with that.

Hello all,

I've seen a lot of updated plots going around the last couple of days in the review preparation, and I need your help if you have updated versions of sPHENIX plots that might get shown at the CD-1 review. Please update the plots in the CDR as well so that there are not inconsistencies between plots shown at the review and what appears in the CDR.  I think the L2 managers have been pretty attentive to the detector performance plots, but let's try and get the physics plots in sync with Gunther's talk as well.

We need this very soon, Ed has already opened the review site to the CD-1 committee; the CDR is a requirement of CD-1 and I would rather not play the musical CDR game.  Thanks.

The CDR will be frozen for the CD-1 review in about two weeks (April 30), followed by about a week of general collaboration review, so that by May 7 we can send it to the review committee.

People are working hard to produce new physics and detector performance plots for the CDR, which they should insert in the text when the relevant working groups or detector groups are satisfied.

There are still some holes and inconsistencies in the text, and I've started to search them out and tag them with \todo{fix this} which gives an index of the questionable parts at the end.  If you can't fix something, you can at least point it out this way, which is better than leaving TEXT IN ALL CAPS in the text which looks like the CDR is being held for ransom and are easily overlooked.

Instructions on editing the text and a link to the live document on Overleaf is here:

Thanks again to everyone who has contributed to this document, and who will in the coming weeks.
