Dear all,

based on the useful feedback Friday, I updated my presentation, and
uploaded the current version. I believe that I have implemented pretty
much all suggestions from Friday.

In addition, I have added 2 slides about the data format, without which
the presentation lacks a certain flow. It fits together better this way.

I have segregated the rate aspects from the total volume numbers, and
re-calculated the cartidge numbers based on a 0.25 "Hübner factor"
(indeed, it seems a well-known thing in LHC circles, although it doesn't
seem to be in widespread use elsewhere).

The final numbers are for year-1 Au+Au; I have meanwhile seen Takao's
and Jin's updated numbers for p+p and p+Au (and later Au+Au years) and
can add those if that's the consensus. Not until late tonight though,
busy all day - in the coffee break right now.
