sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear collaborators,

We've referred to our draft sPHENIX run plan in a number reviews and
talks.  However, we haven't officially circulated for comment the
document that pulls together the C-AD luminosity guidance and trigger
and other assumptions and is the basis for that draft plan.  It's time
to take care of that step and graduate the document into an official
sPHENIX note.  The run plan document, and an associated spreadsheet, can
be downloaded from Indico: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/4788/

We tried setting up separate mailing lists to capture comments on draft
notes, but that didn't seem to work as well as hoped.  Post your
comments here, preferably by replying to this message.  Be sure to keep
"sPH-TRG-2018-001" in the subject line to make it easy to collect the
comments.
