Dear all,

This is just a reminder to participate in the doodle poll to select between 10 am ET Tuesday versus Thursday as the new time for half of the EIC Detector Study Group meetings, if you are interested in attending.  The poll will close at 5 pm ET on Monday, August 13.

Best regards,

Christine

Dear all,

We would like to switch to a mode with two alternating times for the bi-weekly meetings of our "EIC Detector Study Group", which discusses the option of an "EIC detector based on sPHENIX in 1008": One meeting each month will stay at 8:30pm ET (east coast evening) on a Monday, while the second meeting every month could be at 10am ET (east coast morning) on a Tuesday or on a Thursday. We hope this will give more interested people the opportunity to participate.

Below is a Doodle poll to vote on the Tuesday vs Thursday option to give you all a chance to weigh in on choosing the day of the week:

Also, if you are interested in the activities of our EIC Detector Study Group but have not signed up for our mailing list yet, please do so here:

Best,

Christine Aidala & Nils Feege
