Hi All,

I just heard from the hotel the number of rooms that have been booked under our reserved block:

The pick-up per day is as follows:

12/4/18= 7 rooms

12/5/18= 26 rooms

12/6/18= 29 rooms

12/7/18= 28 rooms

12/8/18= 12 rooms

12/9/18=  4 rooms

This seems a bit low compared with the number of people who are registered for the meeting. Did everyone book already, and also did you book from the sPHENIX block?

The hotel has offered to extend the reservation deadline to November 30, so if you still need to book a room, tell me and I will ask them to do that.
