Hi All,

There is now a link on the collaboration meeting front page showing some maps and details for the meeting.

https://indico.bnl.gov/event/5190/

Wednesday - all meetings in the Physics Department (the Keen Building).

-- The MVTX workfest will be held in room 319 Keen (3rd floor).

-- The tracking workfest will be held in room 202 Keen (2nd floor).

Parking on Wednesday near physics will be tough, so walking from the hotel is advised.

Thursday-Friday-Saturday(morning):

The collaboration meeting will be held in the Rendina Room at the FSU Alumni Center.

There will be a parking attendant Thursday and Friday morning, say you are attending the sPHENIX meeting.

Saturday(afternoon) and Sunday - all meetings in the Physics Department.

— MVTX workfest in room 701 Keen
— Tracking workfest in room 202 Keen
— HCal meeting in the Nuclear Research Building coffee room
— Junior’s tutorial in room 319 Keen (Saturday afternoon)

Parking near Physics will be easy on the weekend.

The collaboration dinner will be at 6:30 pm on Friday in a private room at Harry's, a couple of blocks from the Doubletree Hotel. I told them to expect 35 people, which is more than I heard back from. So if you did not reply yet but want to come, there will be no problem. The food is good at Harry's!

I did not try to reserve anything yet for the Junior's dinner, we can work something out on Thursday.

I will be at Physics before 9:00 am on Wednesday and will put up some signs on the doors. My cell phone number is 850-524-6309. Let me know if you run into any problems.

Cheers

Tony
