As we discussed in the General Meeting today, it would be very helpful if those collaborators planning to attend the sPHENIX in Asia meeting at NCU (March 25-27) could register as soon as possible. We are planning to book (and cover) hotel rooms for all international participants, as well as organize dinners on the meeting days. This will be much easier if you let us know that you're coming! With the Chinese New Years holidays coming up, prompt attention would be greatly appreciated.

Please let us know if you need an invitation letter. In addition to providing accommodation and food, we may also have limited funds for travel support for those in need of such help - please contact Gunther for details. Finally, Saturday night stay requirements and other constraints/interests may mean that you'll stay in Taiwan for more than the meeting days. Please let us know, and we'll be happy to help with local itinerary suggestions/arrangements.
