Dear all,

Here are minutes from 67th general meeting:

o Report from Taiwan collaboration meeting

  - Various possible future meeting were discussed including post QM 
meeting at Wuhan was discussed.

  - As a consequence of discussion with ALD, it was reported that ALD 
encouraged next NP LRP to make cQCD@sPHENIX. Also suggested to use the 
resource of RBRC to hold an workshops which may be easier by the 
appointment of Dave as RBRC deputy.

o Collaboration business

 - IB members will be asked to update member info for their institution

 - Nomination process of Co-convener of cold QCD will take place 
without waiting for the survey results because it takes until this Summer.

 - Discussion of computing plan will be made in the next (68th) general 
meeting.

 - Will close poll this weekend for the collaboration meeting at BNL or 
driving distance from BNL. So far July 8-9 is clear favorite, but please 
post your favor in doodle by the deadline.

o EIC uses meeting in Paris

 - Call for the abstract will be closed next Monday. We haven't sent 
sPHENIX representative in the past, but we would like to start sending 
from this time on. Since the deadline to too soon, Jin and Christine 
will go ahead and submit abstracts for sPHENIX and then identify the 
speaker later. Jin and Christine will optimize the number of abstracts.

o  sPHENIX project accomplishments were reported from Ed. Please refer 
to his slide for details of his report.

o Regarding PD-2/3 review in May 28-30, please let Maria know if you 
want to joint the dinner on Tuesday. It is traditional for directors 
review summary to be reported to PD2/3 reviewers.

o $1.5M president Y2020 budget is to be explicitely appeared. It is not 
necessarily a big budget as a scale of entire EIC project though, it is 
an indication of EIC associate budget to become an official. This is a 
new positive step towards EIC realization.
