    Hi all,
     I would like to strongly encourage everyone who presents slides, or
    other documents at sPHENIX meetings to post their talks to Indico.
    Having an archive of your work and presentations available to all
    is invaluable to both the project and collaboration.

    For those that are not familiar with Indico, the sPHENIX page can be found
    here:
    https://indico.bnl.gov/category/65/
    As of this date we have the presentations from over 1800 sPHENIX meetings
    archived. Yours should be to.
    If you do not have a BNL Indico account but intend to make presentations at
    sPHENIX meetings, sign up for a BNL Indico account here:
    https://www.bnl.gov/web/indico/

    For organizers or chairs of the various sPHENIX meetings, please create an agenda
    for your meeting by going to Create Event at the top of the page for each
    Meeting Topic subdirectory. After you create the meeting go to the Timetable
   and create the meeting agenda. It is important to add the speaker's names when creating
     the agenda because then they will have authorization to post their slides.
    It takes a little bit of time to set up the meeting on Indico but once it is done and talks
    are posted we have an archive that all on sPHENIX can refer to. Thanks.
