With the Collaboration Meeting coming up in July (8th - 9th) I wanted

Please let the hotel know you are staying for the sphenix meeting as
we have a number of rooms reserved so they can do their accounting
properly, thank you.

I will shortly add a link for Registration so I can have a count of
who will be attending.  The recommended hotel is a very short walk
from campus, with my usual coffee place in between the hotel and
campus for that morning start.

If anyone needs a parallel session room during this time, please let
me know, rooms on campus are relatively easy to come by during the
summer as long as they are reserved beforehand.
