Friends,

As we discussed at the EC and General meetings last week, we are establishing
a calibration task force to study the strategy, requirements and limitations
of sPHENIX sub-detector calibrations, in particular in relationship to the
computing plan under development.

Any volunteers and nominations for membership of this task force, or any
related advice would be greatly appreciated! As time is of the essence (e.g.,
in view of the next software and computing review planned for early fall), we
are looking for input by the end of this week.
