Dear Gunther, Dave, Christine, and Sasha,
We are going to have the 11th Circum-Pan-Pacific Symposium on High Energy Spin Physics (PacificSpin2019) on August 27-30, 2019 in Miyazaki in Japan.
https://sites.google.com/quark.kj.yamagata-u.ac.jp/pacspin2019
The 1st and 2nd circular of the symposium is posted in this web-site.
We, the local organizing committee, are now making the scientific program of the symposium and have decided to ask your group to give an invited talk. We appreciate if you could nominate a speaker to talk on "Experimental plans on the proton spin at sPHENIX".
The aim of the symposium is to enhance communications between the physicists in the circum-pan-pacific region and other regions. Active discussions are important features of this symposium. All the talks are given in plenary sessions.
We would like to ask you to nominate a speaker to us. Our E-mail address is
pacificspin2019 AT nucl.phys.titech.ac.jp
Please ask us if you have any questions. If the speaker needs a visa to come to Japan, please tell us soon what kinds of documents are needed.
with best regards,
Co-Chairs of the Local Organizing Committee of PacicSpin2019
T. Iwata (Yamagata Univ.) , T. Matsuda (Miyazaki Univ.) and T.-A. Shibata (Tokyo Tech/Nihon Univ.)
