sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Friends,

As we discussed at the collaboration meeting, we should take an important 
step in expanding the sPHENIX organization by establishing a speaker's 
bureau. We are looking for volunteers (and nominations) for membership of 
this important part of the collaboration structure. Ideally, the chair of 
this office should bring experience from similar functions in other 
collaborations and the ability to connect with the members of the 
collaboration and the Heavy-Ion/HEP community at large to maximize overall 
opportunities. Members of the speaker's bureau should provide expertise on 
different aspects of the sPHENIX detector and physics studies, and knowledge 
about the respective constituencies.
