All,

for those of you who have a BlueJeans account (that is, you can set up
BJ meetings in your own right), there are some changes coming in the way
you authenticate.

BNL is in the process to extend the BJ contract (set to expire around
the end of the FY), and this is part of the process to make things
easier in the single sign-on direction.

Rather than having a dedicated username/password set for BJ as it is
currently, you will use your domain account credentials to log into to BJ.

While all BNL employees have domain accounts, *BNL guests do not
typically have those*.

It is easy and fast to get one in addition to the RCF account you
typically have. It is important to understand that those are different
and unrelated accounts. It's just that there have been few reasons for
guests to request one.

You have some time, but it's better to get it done sooner than later. If
you are a BNL guest and currently have a BlueJeans account, go to
https://www.bnl.gov/accounts/ to get started.
