We have attached the review charge to this mail. The charge is essentially the same as last year - consequently, we will mostly focus on updates and new developments, as well as our response to recommendations and homework from last year's review.

We hope that many collaborators can contribute to a successful review by commenting on the talks and the computing plan we distributed a few days ago (as a reminder, any comments should go to sphenix-notes-l AT lists.bnl.gov).
