    Dear all,
     I would like to make a important request to all those
    who organize or speak at sPHENIX meetings. Most
    who work on the sPHENIX Project or in the
    sPHENIX Collaboration do a good job archiving their
    talks in Indico. However some meetings are not properly
    archived in Indico. There are many instances where a meeting time
    exists in Indico but there is no agenda or no talks posted.
    I know that these meetings have speakers
    and presentations but the Indico Event has not been set up to
    enable posting of talks.

    The meeting host, or organizer needs to set up an agenda with speakers
    for each meeting. Talks or presentations should be posted next to each
    speakers name. There are a significant number of meetings with no
    agenda and no slides. It is best practice to post talks next to the speaker's name rather
    than at the top of the meeting page. This makes it much easier for others to find
    your slides.

    Everyone that participates in sPHENIX meetings should have a BNL Indico account.

    Indico is a very useful tool for the Project and the Collaboration . It is invaluable when
    searching for figures and plots to show at the various meetings, especially
     in my case BNL and DOE oversight meetings. If everyone could archive their
    talks and presentations on Indico it would save many of us an inordinate amount
    of time search for material that exists but is not archived. Thank you.
