Hi All,

As discussed at the Sims/Software meeting today, we will have a meeting at 10:00 am Wednesday (tomorrow) to plan agenda details for all activities during the workfest on January 13-17 at BNL.

The goal is to lay out in as much detail as we can the work plan for the week. We want to do this planning now so that we can inform our visiting experts what to expect, and also so we can think through how to optimize the productivity of the meeting.
