sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

The sPHENX Speakers' bureau was formed a couple of weeks ago: members 
are Sasha Bazilevsky, Huan Huang, Ron Soltz, Sevil Salur and myself as 
Chair.

Please email me if you are have submitted or are planning to submit a 
talk at an upcoming conference. In order to properly coordinate and 
distribute talk to speakers the Speakers Bureau needs to be notified of 
ALL public presentations made on behalf of the Collaboration to 
Workshops and Conferences. Technical talks do not require approval just 
notification.

Also whenever you submit an abstract to a conference, please add an 
entry to the sPHENIX Public Presentations page with the talk and title 
and later upload a talk draft to
https://indico.bnl.gov/category/185/

The Speakers Bureau is currently looking at speaking opportunities in 
the summer, if you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a 
conference, you can email all members of the speakers bureau at
sphenix-sb AT iastate.edu.
