Hi Camelia,

Yes, it was noticed this morning that the link was broken sometime in
the last couple of days (I registered via the link a few days ago) so
we're trying to fix that. The direct link for registration is:

https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdGkYC36TMELthD4-eYB_DOrItZG1SDQxjkCU2Dnn7IbncF3A/viewform__;!!P4SdNyxKAPE!RX8rCrORcZ7MimW__9Qp13zYQg1V27kdKky6p1FFpBWbX25mw9hUsvWNj7GL7dxPd-FAtQ$

For foreign nationals, there is no extra paperwork needed. However,
unless someone is a permanent resident of the US, the congressional
offices aren't particularly interested in a discussion. But, there is
something to be said about numbers, as long as one person in the room
is a constituent of the particular congressperson, having back-up in
the form of a non-US citizen to supply stories and facts is very
useful. We often create delegations by combining people from
different states together so that no person has to go into a
congressional office alone.

This being said, we have a long list of people who have participated
in the past that we have individually emailed with details and have
had a lot of negative responses.

Regards,

Rosi
