As for previous technical publications the author list does not include the full collaboration, but only collaborators that actively participated in this particular effort. We expect that there are some names missing that should be included. To be added to the author list, please send a note with a very brief (one short sentence) description of your contribution us (Dave and Gunther). We will try to finalize the author list by next week's general meeting.
