Dear sPHENIX

I am very pleased to report that we have just completed a review of the SAMPA V5 chip performance. Despite the trying times, our colleagues at University of Sao Paulo and Lund were able to test many chips to verify both performance and channel-to-channel variations are all within requirements. This releases the chip for completion of full production. Special thanks goes to the TPC FEE L3 manager Takao Sakaguchi, who has shepherded the process from the very beginning.
