Some additional remarks:

- future email exchange will happen on the calibration list <sphenix-calibration-l AT lists.bnl.gov> in order not to pollute sphenix-l further. Make sure you are registered to it if you want to follow (using either https://lists.bnl.gov/mailman/listinfo/sphenix-calibration-l, or contacting Takao, iiuc)

- next meeting will be in a week from now, on Tuesday May 26, 11AM EST. I'll send the meeting coordinate later this week.

Concerning work organization, I have added a few bullets at the end of the notes. we should discuss it offline further, on the calibration list.

As announced during Friday's General Meeting, we will have our first meeting on a TPC monitoring detector on Tuesday, May 19, at 11AM EST.
