Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

We're happy to report the excellent news that Hideki Okawa of Fudan
University has agreed to serve as co-convener of the Heavy Flavor
topical group. He replaces Xin Dong (LBNL) who recently rotated off as
co-convener. Hideki will be working alongside Jin Huang (BNL) as
leaders of this important pillar of our science effort. Let's all
welcome Hideki as he undertakes this service to the collaboration!
