Hi all,

 

Apologies for the late announcement,  but we WILL still hold our Summer Projects Workshop this Thursday June 11 starting at 9:30am.  It's been hectic with all that's been going on this past week, and due to that we even still have some uncertainties on the agenda, but I'm certain it will still be useful to get together.

 

We have a number of speakers from various working groups who will be giving overviews, discussions, tutorials, and possibly other sessions--the agenda is primarily aimed at students and others working on summer projects on sPHENIX, but we welcome anyone really, especially those working on some aspect of sphenix work, especially software and computing related.   The end time of the workshop of 3:30 pm is currently also still a little soft, so stay tuned as we finalize the schedule.   The  workshop is intended to be useful even if you can only join in for part of the day's agenda, so please do join whenever you're able, this Thursday.
