Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

At the last general meeting we said we'd schedule a further discussion
of the beam use request for this coming Friday.  So, mark your calendars
for Friday, August 14 at noon ET.  For a change of pace we'll host the
meeting on Zoom instead of bluejeans!  The full set of connection
