Friends,

As you know the BUR task force will prepare a draft document for review by
the collaboration by the end of this week (8/21). We are looking for a few
volunteers or nominations for a review committee to carefully study the
document and provide comments and suggestions in time for submission to the
PAC on 8/31. Any responses before close-of-business tomorrow (Tuesday) would
be most useful.
