sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear collaborators,

ALD Berndt Mueller has sent us the report from the PAC meeting that took 
place last month.  Please find the report attached below.  The charge to 
the PAC was a little different than is typical, not only covering the 
run plans for the upcoming year or two, but also asking for the PAC's 
views on the plans for the years in which sPHENIX will be taking data.  
That broad charge certainly gave the PAC a lot to consider and we really 
appreciate the effort and thought they put into crafting their 
recommendations.  The written report seems to be in line with what we 
saw at the closeout of the meeting back in September and it contains a 
number of points that will be useful as we move forward.  So grab a cup 
of coffee and have a read for yourself!
