Caroline-

Nice talk.  My only suggestion would be to add more to the summary slid

  1. couple of sub-bullets on what has been built or aquired, e.g. Magnet tested, x EMCal modules assembled....
  2. restate the proposed sPHENIX run plan that has been submitted as sub-bullets
  3. restate the main physics goals of sPHENIX as sub-bullets
  4. Invite people to contact the spokespersons if they are interested in joining sPHENIX and it's exciting physics program

You may ihave planned to say those things verbally, but having it on a slide for people who look at it later is valuable.

Dear colleagues,

Comments before (also after) my - not yet scheduled - practice talk
are highly welcome, in particular if I should have missed or
incompletely / wrongly described essential information regarding your
physics topical group or your detector subsystem. I'd appreciate
recent photos of detector parts and/or even better people. Some slides
(towards the end) are not yet in their final shape.

Best regards,
Caroline
