Dear collaborators,

It's been pointed out that not everybody may have been aware that scheduling our collaboration meeting for January 11 puts it right on top of the Initial Stages conference which takes place January 10-15, 2021.  That might not be the best scheduling idea, to put it mildly.

We'll reopen the poll to see if some alternate dates could work for everyone.   I realize it's a hassle, but it would be very helpful if you could visit the link below now and select which of 1/9, 1/16, 1/18, or 1/21 as the start of a two+ day collaboration meeting works for you.   We'll close the poll in a few days that we can finally settle a date.

Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

Good news, everyone!  The dates for the winter sPHENIX collaboration meeting have been set.  Following a late surge of voting, the preferred start date for the meeting is Monday, January 11, 2021.  We envision a two day main meeting with perhaps an additional day of satellite workfests.  Mark your calendars.  A more detailed agenda will be circulated as it is developed.

Regards,
Dave and Gunther
