Dear Collaborators,

The voting regarding the application by the Institute for Information
Industry (III) to join sPHENIX has concluded. We're happy to report that a
quorum of the 80 sPHENIX institutions voted to admit III to the
collaboration.

Cheng-Juei and colleagues, welcome to sPHENIX! We look forward to working
with you over the next years.
