Dear All,

        We would like to schedule the ECCE tracking meetings to discuss tasks and share nice ideas/thoughts from existing and new ECCE collaborators. Please see the doodle poll request below for the meeting time survey:

        Please fill your preference by COB this Friday and we will setup the first meeting next week. If you know any colleagues who are not in the mailing lists but are interested to join the discussions, please forward this email to them.

        During the first meeting we will decide whether we will organize the tracking discussions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The indico page and the bnl zoom phone bridge is under setup. Once we agree on the meeting time, we will send out the indico page and the zoom phone bridge.

         For the first meeting, we would like to gather the inputs from different institutions/colleagues about

      

            1, technology interests.

            2, simulation status and tasks.

            3, integration with the other detector subsystems.

            4, volunteers who will lead a specific task.

            5, the other topics (e.g. physics related studies).

          Suggestions or comments are very welcome!
