Dear Collaborators,

As we discussed at the last GM we are planning to send a collaboration survey
to learn about the expected evolution of the sPHENIX workforce as we enter
the commissioning, data taking and physics analysis eras over the next years.
We will schedule time for discussion of the content/format for this survey at
this week's GM.

We are seeking input from the collaboration, but in particular the
conveners/chairs of various collaboration efforts/task forces/physics groups,
on which information this survey should seek.

I.e., what information would be most valuable for planning in your particular
task force/working group, which questions should we ask and who should the
survey be addressed to (e.g., IB members/faculty/all individual
collaborators)?

Any input received before Friday would be very helpful in preparing this
discussion.

Best,

Gunther and Dave
