Friends,

You should have received a unique link for a Qualtrics survey yesterday. The 
survey asks for your name and preferred email account for the BNL Indico 
pages. Most respondents so far took less than 1 minute to complete the 
survey. 

We will restore Indico access based on the emails received in response to the 
survey. If you do not respond you will likely be locked out from future (and 
past) sPHENIX Indico meetings, as the current shared-password solution is not 
in accordance with BNL/DOE computing policies and will have to be replaced by 
email-based access. Again, the email you provide should be the one you use on 
Indico, which is not necessarily the one in the sPHENIX phonebook or 
sPHENIX-l (sigh).

So:
- if you have received the survey, please respond as soon as you can
- if you have not received the survey (but received this mail), please let us 
know, as that points to a mismatch between the sPHENIX phonebook and the 
email addresses in the sPHENIX-l list
