Dear collaborators,

We're happy to inform you that the beam use proposal for the 2021 NPP 
PAC has been submitted to the ALD.  Recall that the PAC meeting is 
scheduled for June 22-23, 2021.  We'd particularly like to thank the BUP 
task force for the effort and thought they put into this proposal!  In 
addition, a big thanks go out to our collaborators who read through and 
commented on drafts of the BUP.  The final version was improved by 
responding to those comments.
