Your slides look very nice!

I noticed that “SC” is not defined…

And I suggest changing 

“to calibrate the TPC with x2 larger distortions wrt. nominal”

to 

“to calibrate the TPC even in the presence of distortions 2x larger than expectations”

The current version sounds like the TPOT will result in calibrations that are distorted by a factor of 2.

I have tried to incorporate all the suggestions received during today's EC meeting, and some formatting suggestions from Camelia.

On the most notable textual changes:

Slide 2, the first sentence now reads:

"sPHENIX will take data for 3 years (2023-2025) and is committed to deliver its physics output well before EIC startup, before resources get redirected. "

Other suggestions welcome


Slide 7: the sentence about luminosity now reads " TPOT ensures that sPHENIX will make the most out of the luminosity delivered by RHIC"

(and then: "In particular it was verified that TPOT allows to calibrate the TPC with x2 larger distortions wrt. nominal")

I think this is still a positive way to say the same thing, without implying that we ask for an increase. Other suggestions welcome. Same sentence is reused in the conclusion


Slide 11 (conclusion):

The first sentence now reads:

"it allows to make the maximum use of tracks to reconstruct SC distortions, reducing the weight on the other methods and enabling faster SC reconstruction, ultimately securing sPHENIX timely delivery of its physics output"
