Hi Thomas,

I have one comment (where I am not sure how we handled this in the past). It is nowhere mentioned if the simulations were done with or without pileup. If I recall correctly at least the simulation results based on pp from MDC1 were done without pileup so the plots for real data will look significantly worse. I think we should add this caveat to those plots (or state this somewhere if it applies to all sims), just to avoid confusion once we show sims with pileup (or real data).
