Hi folks,
this was announced previously, local accounts for indico are being phased out. The first step is to disable the creation of new local accounts next Tuesday. Local accounts will be disabled in June.
sdcc showed statistics of the current account usage and the vast majority still uses local accounts. Please take the time to move to a federated login which is explained in the news section of the banner which has been displayed on indico for a while now.
local and federated authentication co-exist until local accounts are disabled (means after you set up your federated access you can still use the local login)
Chris
