Hi Tim,

Thanks for the helpful comments! I've uploaded a new version of the poster to indico which includes your suggestions. I've reworked slide 4 to highlight both the full potential of jet measurements using the 3-year dataset as well as pointing out the year one expected luminosity and what we could measure with this data. Let me know if you have any more comments or suggestions.

Best,
Virginia

Hello Virginia,

Thank you very much for posting your poster to the indico page! I have a couple of quick minor comments/suggestions:
slide 2 blue box I would say "transverse momentum"
slide 3: your top left box, the sketch slightly overlaps the blue bar at the top of the slide, i would resize slightly.
slide 3. The slide number is missing
General suggestion:
Slide 4: You could take slide 4 as an opportunity to advertise exciting results that sPHENIX can do with year one data rather than focusing solely on the full 3 year statistics. One such measurement that you may consider mentioning is the jet v2 (there is a nice projection figure in the BUP), and perhaps mention other observables which will not require a pp reference data set, such as dijets.

Best Regards,
Tim

Dear collaborators,

I have uploaded a draft of my poster for QM discussing the expected performance of calorimeter jets in sPHENIX to the indico page here: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/13919/. I am happy to take any comments or suggestions to the slides.

Best,
Virginia
