Hi Gunther and Dave,

As you probably know today at 10a EDT is the kick-off meeting of the EIC Detector-1. The agenda has this meeting end at 1:05p. As many of us in sPHENIX are also involved in this future project there will be a conflict with today’s sPHENIX General Meeting. Is it perhaps possible to shift the beginning of the sPHENIX meeting by 1h?
