As you have seen, there are several important meetings and discussions scheduled this Friday at noon. For those who haven't had a chance to take the sPHENIX DEI training, please consider signing up for this Friday's session here:

The training is required for sPHENIX collaborators, and this is the next-to-last of the currently scheduled sessions.

For those that have taken the training already, or signed up for the 5/20 session, there are two more important discussions scheduled this Friday. Also from noon-1PM we will hear from Dennis et al about the Beam Use Proposal, which will then enter collaboration review before submission on 5/13. Following that we will have a 1h discussion of preparations and strategy for the S&C review. Rehearsals for the review will take place next week, with the final schedule to be determined between Tuesday, 5/10 and Thursday, 5/12 - most likely we will have a shorter meeting with discussion and 1-2 talks on Tuesday and a day-long rehearsal session on Thursday.
