Friends,
As we have a large number of (promised) contributions for tomorrow's flash talk session, please make to follow the rules (e.g., we will only look at the
first two slides of each presentation, should there be more than two!), keep the explanation short and to-the-point, and make sure that your presentation is uploaded before the session.
Cheers,
Gunther

Dear all,
This is a reminder to let us know if you or a colleague is interested in giving a 2-slide Physics Flash Talk at next week's Collaboration meeting, to present ideas for potentially impactful, early, or novel sPHENIX physics measurements.
The talks will be held on the Tuesday of the CM, after the morning IB meeting: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/15500/timetable/#20220524 . Given the strong response from Collaboration, we have expanded the time block for the flash talks + discussion to 1.5 hours!
Looking forward to your contributions,
Dennis and Anne

Dear sPHENIX colleagues,
As we approach first data-taking, we wanted to create more opportunities for discussions about sPHENIX physics in general and, in particular, our early physics and publication strategy.
At next week’s Collaboration Meeting (23-25 May), we have set aside half an hour for Physics Flash Talks. Anybody in the Collaboration is invited to prepare two slides highlighting a potentially impactful, early, or novel sPHENIX physics measurement.
The particular time slot within the upcoming CM is still to be determined. If you are interested in preparing a Physics Flash Talk, please send us an email so we can keep count - but late contributions will also be welcome!
Looking forward to your interesting ideas,
Dennis and Anne
