Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

John Haggerty notes that today – July 1, 2022 – marks exactly ten years since the sPHENIX science proposal was submitted to BNL management. Congratulations to all of us!

Have a look at the detector concept in the article. The sPHENIX detector we're building today is much more capable than the design foreseen ten years ago. Very exciting!
