Hi all,

This is a request for our collaborators who are preparing to present sPHENIX talks and posters at the DNP meeting at the end of October.

For technical talks and posters which are focused on the construction, commissioning, or low-level calibration of a specific detector sub-system, please arrange for a review of your talk/poster with the relevant detector group.

However, talks and posters which:

* use sPHENIX simulations for calibrations, performance, or physics
* and which are planning to show *new material* not previously reviewed by Collaboration

should plan to give a presentation outlining their work, proposed plots, and message in the next relevant Calibration TF or Topical Group meeting. This is in addition to the requirement of circulating your draft slides / poster.

I list here some potentially relevant talks and posters I’ve identified in the DNP agenda - the presenters should check whether they fall into the category above and plan accordingly.
