Dear sPHENIX colleagues,

As discussed in the last few general meetings, we are organizing a workfest to be held on December 15th and 16th directly following the collaboration meeting. We plan to hold the workfest in person at BNL. For further details, see the most recent general meeting. An indico page has been setup with some more details and a registration form:

Please register as soon as possible so that we can start to get an idea of how many people will attend in person, which will determine how many rooms we need to reserve for the various efforts.
