Dear Collaborators,

As the regular schedule would have placed the upcoming General Meetings on
Nov 11 (Veteran's Day), Thanksgiving Weekend and the Friday before the
collaboration meeting, we are suggesting to move the schedule by one week,
with the next meeting on Friday, November 18 and the following meeting on
Friday December 2. This will be followed by the collaboration meeting (Dec
12-14) and workfest (Dec 15,16) at BNL. We will then resume the General
Meetings on a fortnightly schedule in January.

Please let us know if there are any concerns regarding this proposal.
