Dear sPHENIX collaborators

Here is an update on logistics for the collaboration meeting.

We will reconvene today (Dec. 13) after lunch at 1:30pm ET.   For those 
attending in-person, we will meet in the same place - the LSR.  For 
those on zoom, the zoom link is unchanged.

After the coffee break, we need to leave the LSR because the Physics 
Department colloquium needs the auditorium.   For the remainder of the 
day's agenda, we will distribute ourselves among two very nice 
conference rooms: Rm. 2-160 and Rm. 3-192.

On Wednesday, we will be in the LSR for the whole day.

We will take a collaboration meeting photo after the Wednesday IB meeting.
