Subject: [Sphenix-l] The doors to the 1008 Buildings must be locked 5:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Dear BNL-sPHENIX group members and sPHENIX Colleagues,
BNL security as well as our CAD hosts for Building 1008
have requested that all 1008 doors be locked after BNL
working hours. If you're working at 1008 and you leave one of
the 1008 complex buildings after 5:00 pm please make sure that the
door is locked behind you. This includes doors for the 1008 control
room, Assembly Hall and 1008 trailers. BNL security checks the status
of our doors after hours and has found that 1008 doors have been
unlocked on multiple occasions over the past 1-2 months. We have
push button entry on the control room and trailer doors so all group members
and collaborators can still get into 1008 as long as you know the push-button
combination. Thanks.
